MINI paint finishes raise the bar in terms of intensity and brilliance. Now we’re “raising” the roof. The visually striking multitone gradient is the first of its kind. We’ve used new paint technology to create a dramatic transition that floats from a dark San Marino Blue through to a light Pearly Aqua blue finally sweeping to a majestic Jet Black. The roof spoiler adds to the sleek aerodynamic styling – all perfectly complemented by the black mirror caps. And as the technique involves painting layers on wet paint, no two roofs are the same.

This 3-spoke sport leather steering wheel upholstered in 'Walknappa' leather features grey seam shaped thumb rests. The multifunction elements in the horizontal steering wheel spokes are resplendent in Piano Black. Different designs are available for the 6 o'clock finisher in Piano Black, depending on your MINI’s equipment specifications. For instance, MINI John Cooper Works models sport the 'MINI John Cooper Works' badge. For added convenience, specific control elements, also subject to equipment specifications, are integrated into the horizontal spoke. The left control panel lets you activate the driver assistance systems, and you can operate your audio and communication functions with the right panel.

With a generous 360 watt output, the Harman Kardon® hi-fi loudspeaker system has been fine-tuned to match your vehicle’s interior – and the result is an outstanding listening experience. The perfectly positioned, high-performance speakers let you enjoy music of all genres from every seat. Four midrange speakers in the front doors and rear side trim provide natural-sounding mid-tones and sharp, crystal-clear trebles. The two central bass speakers are neatly tucked away beneath the front seat, ensuring the sound has depth and warmth. 

Sporty and enigmatic at the same time, exterior components in Piano Black give your MINI an exceptionally unique appearance. From the grille surround to the headlights and rear light rings, your MINI takes on an exciting new air of mystery. You can now further enhance your MINI’s appearance by adding exterior door handles, the model badge on the boot (One, Cooper, etc.), MINI logos and exhaust end pipes (except MINI Cooper SE) all in Piano Black. Some models can also boast Side Scuttles (Cooper S/SD/SE) and the fuel lid (MINI Cooper S/SD/John Cooper Works) in this exclusive design accent.

These adaptive LED headlights add matrix lighting technology to your MINI – with brilliant results. By swiveling into the direction of the road, LED cornering lights ensure an adaptive beam distribution that illuminates what’s around the corner. So you see parts of the road you might have missed – enhancing your safety, especially on dimly-lit bends. And as the adaptive headlights are directed towards the road, glare is reduced, so you don't blind oncoming drivers. The bad weather light, also provides better illumination of the road in fog or adverse weather conditions. And safety is further enhanced by fully-enclosed LED daytime running lights whose unique appearance is completed by stylish white direction indicators and the slick, contemporary anthracite housing. At the rear, striking LED embrace the Union Jack design – giving a stylish nod to the past, as you roar on into the future.

The alarm system can be operated via remote control, offers protection against theft and includes an electronic engine immobiliser. Should anyone attempt to break into the vehicle or remove it, the system triggers a warning sound and activates the hazard lights. A status light in the interior mirror shows that the system has been activated. The interior surveillance and tilt alarm can be deactivated separately.

Have a closer look. This stylish MINI roof graphic in Night Jack design gives the car a unique, individual look from above. This high-quality, premium decal for the glass roof, an absolute eye-catcher, resists damage caused by sunlight, weather and car washes.

A tribute to the tradition. The MINI exterior mirror cap Night Jack emphasises the British flag in a stylish way. Simply install them instead of the standard caps and get a little treat every time you look at them. With their elegant, high-quality design, an individual appearance comes as standard.

With a capacity of 320 litres, the black MINI roof box has ample storage space for everything that can't be left behind – e.g. for a maximum of five pairs of skis up to 180 cm long, or for beach gear. It can be opened from both sides and, thanks to the 6-way locking system, only opens itself unopposed for the true owner.
